Save Time, Use Firefox Smart Keywords
Firefox has built in smart keywords that can reduce a lot of time reaching there. For example when I want to find something over wikipedia lets say I want to learn about Firefox in wikipedia, I just need to type in the Firefox URL box “wp firefox” and lo! I directly land up in the wikipedia page about Firefox. Another useful smart keyword is “dict” which directly brings up the page in dictionary.com for meaning of a word. In fact Firefox also provides the ability to build your own smart keyword for a search that you commonly use on a site. This blog article “Smart keywords explained” from John Bokma explains the built in Firefox smart keywords and also how to build your own smart keyword.
